Hey everyone,im in a situation.I have my rims set to powdercoat on the 15th.Today I just found out that the rims w tires I was going to borrow were sold yesterday! the guy drove from florida and was taking them or no deal.Now I Need to find anyone willing to let me borrow any rims with tires any condition as long as they hold air.I just need them 1 week,would like to get them Friday the 12th.This is for anyone in the Atlanta area.My GF is going on vac for 9 days and I can let my car sit that whole time,they wont leave my security garage.I just don't trust jackstands for 3 days.This is my only opportunity to do this until next summer.If anyone could hook me up I would be forever greatfull,or if anyone knows anyone etc... I promise they will come right back.I had it all set-up,mon drop off rims,thursday get hfp suspension,friday enjoy it! now it is all screwed up,Please help!!

Well shoot. I wish I was closer, I've got 2 sets of stock wheels with snow tires just sitting in the other room. GL man, I hope someone close by can help out!

Looks like its jack stands for me,anyone know the best points to put them on a coupe? I bought 6 ton each( I know it's a little overkill) I liked the bigger base and there heavy as hell.any input would be great! It's going to be mod city on the week of the 14th,PC rims gloss black,PC badges gloss black,HFP suspension,sways front and back,k& n typhoon,short shifter,I hope all goes well!

I found a set of steelies I can use! My friends son had a 8 th gen and he bought new rims for,his dad took the tires so no tires on them but I'll build a box stand about 4 inches where there will be no pressure on the lips,I have a ton of 2x4 pieces so it will be a breeze! I'm so glad I called him,I didn't realize he even had them.He recently traded in his frs for a 370 z,he told me take my time,he wants to sell them! They still have tpms from honda in them too.if anyone is interested,hit me up with an im.You can't have them until the 19 though!( no exceptions!).
Why go through all that work? You'll be more than fine on jack stands, there's people who store their car for the winter on jacks without wheels and have no problem. You really have nothing to worry about, it's not like you're leaving it propped up on two floor jacks lol

It's just my luck that something would go wrong.it won't be at much work,I build something similar at work for round motors,it will take me about 10 minutes a piece.ive always been hesitant about jack stands,I had a someone that lived by be get crushed by them and died.this I can do myself.
