Nomarz, have you looked at the Mazdaspeed6? Its a fun 4 door, and used ones are very affordable. My friend picked one up a year ago, Its a quality automobile.

I have done some Autotrader searches for them. Like them but not totally sold on them.

Forgive me for asking this but why are you selling your SI for an SI. It's like going from a pair of gently used, nice looking retro Jordans in white and gray to a pair of gently used, nice looking retro Jordans in black and red.

I just happened to run into that ad. I have looked at different cars on line and basically the Si gives me the best mpgs and has a reliable factor that prob is higher than other cars I have looked at. Also, I can get lower miles and decent price. If my Si still had all the goodies and maybe HFP I prob would be shopping around for a different car to drive around. I still like the Si but ever since parting out it is just a car. Maybe getting a newer 4 door might bring that spark back....couple mods wouldn't hurt either. lol

I looked at 330i, MS6, Legacy GT, TL, older SE-R, GLI, 4 door GTI.

Looks to me like you're just growing up and your taste is maturing. But if you ever get an SE-R I swear I will drive down to NC and smack the ever loving daylights out of you

Yeah, I really don't care if the next car is a auto or not. I looked at a couple small SUVs but then I was like, nah.

Santiago, what is your absolute price ceiling? Are you pretty much set on 4 doors? Have you thought about a G35? They are pretty nice. Basically, a four door 350Z. An FA5 would be nice too. Just don't do like I did and pour money into one like water down the drain.

Price ceiling mainly depends on what the Si sells for but prob not looking to spend over 16k. Might go up a little if there is somthing that is a great deal. I looked at some G rides but not too crazy on the older models. Def. would want to get a 4door.

Lower mile ones are kinda hard to find in the pre-07 ones.

The person withe the PMM Si really good about emailing, lol. I shot an email out sometime close to midnight and I already had a response by the time I woke up this morning at 8. The person said you can't see any different body lines or that anything happened to the car. They will send more pics of the affected areas when he/she gets back from DC this weekend.

You would have loved the G35 that I ended up trading in on our first Evo. That car was mint. I know it was the first generation, but I had a lot of great mods on it and it was about the most dependable car I have ever owned. Sounds like your heart is set on an FA5.

Got pics from the person today. The line where the rear bumper meets the rear quarter looks good. Still would need to drive it and look at it in person and sell the Si, lol.

So Santiago, have you nailed down an FA5 that you like? And, I agree that they look really tight in PMM. I remember when I bought my Si, I wanted an FG2 so bad, but my wife and son liked the FA5. Then, I was going to get a TW FA5, but changed my mind and began to think about GG or RR. The main reason I got FBP is that my mom died just before I bought my Si, and she had the deepest blue eyes you ever saw. So FBP it was. Keep us posted.
