Bought my 2015 Si the other day. Like the radio but disappointed there wasn't any Nav/Sat and the bluetooth sucks pretty bad so I'm looking to replace the HU. I was wondering what you guys are using or would recommend? I really want Navigation/Satellite + good blue-tooth functionality. Planning to install myself to keep cost down. I don't want to spend more than $500 if I can since I'm on a bit of a budget. Was planning to use Crutchfield as well to order my stuff.

If you are trying to keep costs down, don't order from Crutchfield. eBay or Amazon has better prices. I would not recommend getting a head unit based on it's navigation features. In my experience...they all suck. Hell, even Honda's own navigation annoys the hell out of me when I drive my wife's car. If I am need nav in mine, I just use my phone and Google Maps.

Okay, I like crutchfield though because they come with instructions and they let you know about all the additional adapters you need as well, unless this changed recently for Ebay/Amazon. Do you have any recommendations for a good HU with good bluetooth + SiriusXm?

Shop around and read reviews. No one can choose a head unit for you, because we do not know what you like as far as design, specific features (besides Nav, Bluetooth, and Sirius), etc. Pioneer and Alpine both make great head units, so browse those models and choose one with the features you desire. I don't quite understand why you were disappointed your Civic Si did not have Nav/Sat when you did not buy the Si model with Nav/Sat. But you are right, Honda's bluetooth really sucks big time.
