Is there any way to get our civics back to spec alignment?

Can't find anyone to bring my car back to alignment spec.
Honda service center did the worse job of them all. Purchased and installed spec rear and front camber kits and now alignment worse then before

Do you have any after market parts on that might not allow them to get the proper alignment?

20151113_133522.jpg Ok so after that I had installed the spc front bolts and camber arms to fine tune my suspension from there. The guy from previous alignment was not available at this time, so mechanic took to connect at honda. Holy shirt. Honda ruined it bad. Can't find chart. Let's just say I had -6.0 camber and -6.7 camber in rear and front was off too.

Soooo. Mechanic got his money back from honda and we waited for previous guy then he aligned and now we here wtf

@webby Note. He said he can not push back SPC bolts any further. So how did it get worse when the whole point of camber arms was to get in spec

I don't think they know how to work with aftermarket adjustable parts. Honda had it and -6. The back of my car looked like Eeyore walking away. If you look at alignment is worse then with after camber arms. Anywhere in N.Y for fine tuning?

Thx

Im definitely going to check the porsche shop, 15 minute drive and #6 is a couple of blocks away.

I'm just really particular about this stuff. So basically paid for two alignments and still not the results I need. :banghead:

I would be demanding a refund.

As soon as I show them the chart of a proper factory spec alignment. Want proof it was easily possible. Got the refund from Hondas disaster, almost -7 camber wow what a scam

I had mine done at sears and asked before hand if they could do a custom alignment and were able to work on aftermarket suspension parts. They did a great job but there was one guy specifically who I was told was the only guy who could do it.

The camber arms should have been as easy as them turning a lock nut, then turning the adjustable body of the arm. Watch the wheel move and lock it down when its in spec. You could do a better job in your driveway with a digital level. He just turned everything the wrong way.

The fronts are trickier. If you only have one set of bolts in, they need to loosen both sets, turn the SPC bolt, then lock down both. If they turn the wrong one nothing will happen and they will say, eh it doesn't move thats it. Basically half-assing it.

-6 is ridiculous. Thats visibly wrong as you noticed. Im honestly mad for you. Thats some lazy BS right there. Hope you find a good shop man.

Thx! I'm on hold for alignment since it's been done 3 times and I paid twice. I will take my time and locate someone who knows what their doing.

If I had a driveway/garage I would never go to a mechanic again. It's actually illegal to work on cars on sidewalk or parking lots where I live.
