The only thing is I think I will switch that mono amp with this 5 channel one with all the new speakers.

It appears as if you will be paying near retail for all of your components. Most of these you could find for nearly half off online. I would either do it myself, have a friend help, or buy everything and find a specialty shop to install it. They will do a much better job (generally). I personally wouldn't use Best Buy to install any car audio. I have seen too many lazy hack jobs from them.
