Just curious if anyone here has a '13 Accord LX with the CVT. Else, the Sport, but my questions is specific.
When there isn't the paddle shifters for use:
How well does your transmission shift for you?
How does it do when coming to a stop?
When you are traveling slow speed?
Do you like how the transmission acts?
I have seen a few videos and it seems like the only time it has that "rubberband" sound was when the person was "flooring it" and the car had an initial wavering of the rpms until it hit redline.
That's another question. I know that Honda engines are built to take higher rpms, but how often is "safe"? It seems to me like you would want to stay away from the redline as much as possible.
That's it for now, . . . thanks. If you have any other comments, I would appreciate it.
