Just needs a de-chrome job and your good to go. Like the wheels but 19s are no go for the Civic, imo.

The genesis is a step above the Accord IMO.

Is it just a refresh? I saw some other pictures from motor trend and the rear of the car looks exactly the same as current models.

with all the crap the acura TL got in 2009 for the styling, you'd think they'd avoid a big front chrome grill

Ugh. That was even worse. I absolutely hated that.

In my opinion, chrome no longer belongs on cars unless it is the wheels.
