I had read something that said we were getting a hatch. As in Civic hatch without being an R. Maybe that article was implying that the hatch mentioned would just be the R.
So I was trying to explain this whole thing of Type R and 10thGen Civic to my cousins this past weekend and ran into questions regarding what is what....
So the "white" hatch revealed in Geneva is going to be the Type R globally, right? The "green" car from the NY show is going to be the basis...
Man....if I had semi-deep pockets and in the car market soon, Ford would be very appealing right now.
Need more pics of German cars with M's on the badge.....
but you haz all the answers! lol
Just tagged you so you could see it more than anything. Guess I'll be making a trip to the dealership....which Im sure I will get a "we can't replicate the issue" or " that's normal"
Who wants to watch it with me in Charlotte?
My roommate went without me this weekend and I didn't have time to see it in FL when I was down there with my cousins.....
I think I have some similar issues and maybe some different issues from @Darkout
The "click" noise that I have is the same as the old 8thgens(which my old 8thgen had), which does not worry me as I had no other issues, apart from the noise, for the 87k miles of owning my 8thgen.
The "clunk"...
Ok.....not sure what the guy writing this was looking at.....
The new Civic Concept almost looks like a Type-R itself....
How does this....
Look like this????
I painted my stock ones and used a red H on the old Si. Didn't have any issues with the paint flaking, then again I wasn't removing the caps of the wheels much.
I removed the stock H, filled the holes with bondo and did a thin layer of bondo on the entire face of the cap. Sanded it all down...
Looks like Mugen has already gotten its paws on the lil bugger......

I would pass on the stock and Mugen one....
Those stock FRS wheels are a 48mm offset, then throwing a 25mm adapter, it will put the "wheel offset" at 23. Pretty sure that would be too wide and the wheel would be past the fender by a good bit.
I would wait to buy wheels......
