It looks like 3 because the 2 projectors are not leveled to each other. The one to the right needs to be lowered some to be inline with the left one.

Congrats on the car! and welcome to the site! Def a rear sway bar would be the best bang for the buck mod to do. Stick with 94 octane on the car.
