    I want to put a ssd in my macbook pro, but im waiting for drive prices to come down so i can get at least a 500gig since i want to keep my optical drive. The comp has 16 gigs of ram in it already, a SSD will make it scream

    toshibas are pretty decent, as usually are sonys acer and asus, id avoid HP. The only issue i saw a lot with toshibas when i worked for a computer store was the power socket in the computer was held in by a couple thin fins of plastic, high use machines would just need their socket glued back...

    both when i did the hfp install and again when i changed out the hfp springs for prokits, i let the car settle for a week of daily commuting and got an alignment. Both times the alignment was dead on and they didnt have to adjust anything

    latest word on the issues are clogged fuel filter and the screws in the airbox were loose causing a false air situation. Headlights are in, the intake manifold and fuel systems are in pieces. ETA is two weeks to get the car back together, tuned and through the paint shop to resolve this...

    front passenger quarter, right next to the headlight. the car would have almost had to have been in pieces to dent there cause the bumper sticks out a inch or two beyond the metal just beneath the dent, and the bumper has been on since paint was done

    going to visit tomorrow and get the word on the fuel system. Shop also got the euro headlights in so those will go on the car and possibly a passenger side mirror. Paint shop claims they didnt dent the car, but their job was to make sure there were no dents before paint, my dad doesnt recall...

    Sorry to see your car like that, fortunately no one was hurt and cars can be fixed. My dad always parks his car in gear, but occasionally forgets to set the parking brake or set it fully. A couple times ive come home to find a car sitting in the middle of the street

    i like combofix for the hard to get rid of issues, but combifix can be risky, ive heard of people messing up their drive cause they tried to do other things while it ran
