ceramic is supposed to have the best heat reflectivity possible, better than metalics and wont interfere with GPS and cell phone antennas. Metalics are cheaper and can interfere regular dyed tint have very little heat reflectivity and tend to fade if you go too cheap

i have one and it works fine as long as you either relocate the transponder as mentioned earlier in the thread, or use the transponder from a valet key

tried out the new mount, audio quality is decent, but the angle sucks, i cant get the camera mounted high enough on the back window. Im thinking of reclining the passenger seat and putting the camera on the rear side window and seeing what happens
