the bamberg radio option included a dictaphone addition, so you could record notes for your secretary. I cant imagine trying to hold the micrphone while driving stick and having no power steering.
no idea where the engine compartment light is, ive never seen it
After a 9 month hiatus, its about time to go pick her back up, were starting to think about finding a new mechanic, current one is a friend of ours, but 9 months is a little much for a oil change and a few other things
im kinda surprised i have it still too, the parrot unit looks interesting, might have considered going that route when i got the z if it was out at the time
it was actually really simple, made it a little harder working on a steep driveway. Worst part was i tore the door liner a little bit and had to patch it with duct tape.
almost done converting all the lights on the car to hid or led
also just got these, deal popped up on them for better than i could find anywhere else, ill probably change the red leds in the turn signals for ambers at some point too
if i remember right that piece came from a 03-07 accord EX trim, EX-L and EX-L v6 models got homelink, and if you get it from a navi trim the part is stupid expensive cause it has a microphone in it
in 08 and up the accord changed to having sunroof controls up there too like the civic
yea, i just put the switch on the accord piece in line with the pink wire, so it acts like the dome light switch without a "on" function, plus i ran a wire up from the interior illumination kit to the led which i swapped to blue from the stock amber
you can add a switch by using the part from a 7th gen accord, the plastic color may not match perfectly but you could also add a blue overhead console light using the same part
I had done this in my 8th gen civic, it worked perfectly
its probably more responsible of me to stay on the stock wheels till tax season, by then ill have bought the house and will have a better idea where those expenses are
im planning on staying at or near stock ride height, if i get koni yellows id drop the front to the lowest perch to kill some or all of the rear rake, but keep the rear where it is
that was 550 for the set of 4, i like the idea of sticking to oem wheels cause then i dont have to worry about road condition as much, or having winter/summer wheel sets. Though with a basement thats less of a issue i guess
