Got a cheap one from corsport, it fell off. Reapplied it with double faced tape, the edges still came up.
I've heard the ones from J's are a lot better so I want to try it.

They are. I had the cheaper ones and they never stuck right. The J's Racing ones actually curve a bit so they fit perfectly. I've had mine on for almost a year with no issues.
