So i completed my RBC swap, fire it up and everything seemed fine.

The problem I'm having is whenever the car is moving, but the clutch is in (so pretty much idling) the RPMs jump up to 2k then fall back down and keep doing that as long as the car is moving. Once i completely stop at a light or end of my destination, etc... it will go back down to 1k and stay.

I refilled my coolant and 'bumped' it.
the swap consisted of RBC bored out to 3", 3" ZDX Throttle body, spacer, rbc adapter kit.

Can you get me a pic of your engine bay?
RBC and ZDX specifically.

It sounds like idle recovery. Are the Rpms dropping rather low before it's revs up. If so your idle is to low and the car is saving itself from stalling out

Wednesday or Thursday I am doing that install @squiggy. Tons of pics coming.

Excellent. @323 will be installing his soon too. I may actually be able to piece together a good DIY if I get your pics before he does his install. This way, I can ask him for specifics (if needed) and add to yours and the few I have. Nothing like crowd sourcing a DIY. Hopefully all the different colored parts don't confuse people!

All the parts I will be installing will be non painted. I also have my set up without paint but lacking zdx tb. We will get a good one together for sure.

Yea whatever you need just let me know.
I hope it's not confusing to have 3 different colored manifolds in one diy lol

I will put a disclaimer in. It shouldn't be much of a big deal. When do you plan on doing yours?

Ok so i hooked up to the RBCs MAP sensor instead of the ZDXs and I'm stilling getting the weird idle... I'm uploading a youtube video right now, which i'll post to show you what's going on once it gets done

yup, there was one vacuum line that had broken off when i closed my hood... i had the elbow facing straight up and the hood broke it, but i fixed and reconnected it. When that was off, the idle would sit at like 3k constant. The video should be done uploading here in a minute so you can see what i'm talking about. It also shows the engine bay so you can see if anything's fishy
