Intake or exhaust. I still recommend the Takeda/Greddy intake over any other intakes. As for exhausts, the best one for the buck right now is the Tsudo N1 70mm. They are on the loud side though.

your typical bolt ons is where everyone starts.

if you're looking for a cheap mod that will make a noticeable difference, then I would say to go with a short ram intake.
something a little more expensive is flashpro. it gives you the ability to tune and with a good tune can add more power without any physical mods.

check out the links in my signature to find all the available mods and you can compare them for yourself

Don't do catback first. You said you want noticable so do a dp first. Its more but a way bigger difference.
True. DP would be a better choice than a catback. I just mentioned the Tsudo bc it's cheap. Lol.

Get the Tsudo over the Skunk2. They are just about the same in terms of performance and loudness. And it's like over $200 cheaper as well.

It's A Fast Pig!
Progress rear sway bar. 22 or 24mm. ( I think this is a must do, and its relatively inexpensive)

Cheap intake: Resonator delete and K&N or similar high flow filter. It's not as good as a "real" intake but its free to start.

Hondata Flashpro - a must for pretty much anyone modding their car and wanting to get the most out of it.
