ok so it does come with the bolts....and the o2 sensor is seized?! ..so $200 shipped to 33172 miami...im guessing you have paypal?!

There is no 02 sensor. That's the elbow for the CEL. I'm sure I could break it loose for you if you want.. 225 as is shipped
