Trouble with the Cabin temp selector

I just was wanting to see if anyone has this problem. My Cabin temp selector and air flow selector both of them stick and I have to turn them really hard to turn them on or off. Can someone chime in on this and Im sorry if this has been disused before. I did not see a thread on this.

Take it to dealership. Not normal.

^ agreed. If it's not turning normal, have it looked at by the dealership.

I had a problem with my outside temp on my imid last night..... It said 39 degrees!!!!

Thanks guys I did and they said some other civics were having the same problem something todo with the lubricant they use to attach the two knobs
