Tranny locked out

It's back to normal now nothing bad but should i take it to the dealership

So you couldn't put it in any gear but 1st or 2nd? What would happen when you tried? Grinding?

Call them and tell them about it in case it happens again. They will start a file.

Like it wouldn't move into any gear it felt like it was soo stiff and rough it didn't grind I stoped and put it on first gear and started driving a second and it unlocked itself?

I would have had it towed to the dealer if it did that. Now that it's "working", I don't know what a dealer would even say. "Bring it back when it breaks?" I can't see them tearing into the tranny when it's working.
