Fiber Optic connection so this doesn’t affect me unless the location where I am testing too is being slow

The ping is atrocious! Wonder what you are actually paying for... Have you restarted/power cycled the network equipment (router/modem) lately?

We have had a lot of issues lately with Spectrum. We got a brand new router/modem last week and that was after the power cycle reset it was worse before.
