Idk what he did with camber, etc. But I believe offset is measured in mm. So anywhere from 10 to 15 mm spacers would be what you're looking for. Now choosing your spacers depends if you want camber or not. You can run -1 (I think factory setting) camber.

whatsupdohc looks like he's on factory setting camber and no spacers. Yes, he is lowered, so if you want to be exactly like how he is. You'll need "camber arms" to correct your natural negative camber to -1

okay, this is how my previous car looked like. this is how I want my wheels to sit. i didnt have camber arms. sorry if you cant really see the rear. my other pics were too big to upload
