Like what 07TLX said. That's how they did it on 8th. Everyone sent an email to the Secret Santa coordinator (Santa) to confirm they are doing it followed by a small list of things they like and dislike. Then when the Santa tells a person who they're secret santa to, he also provides the list that other person made of likes and dislikes so they have a clue what to get.
