Said Good Bye to my Girl

I have been having some charging system issues for the past few months with my civic so when I missed another day of work thanks to another dead battery I decided to trade her in.

Walked out of the dealer yesterday with this 15 EXL V6.

Wow, EXL V6! That's a nice car man! Sorry to see you have so many issues with the Civic, but thats a heck of an upgrade. Stick around and keep us updated on the new car.

Thanks gents. Definitely going to stick around. Planning on keeping the upgrades simple through December then after the holidays going to look to purchase intake exhaust and coil-overs.

Congrats my. A friend of mine just got one and that thing has some balls. Can't wait to see it lowered. :)

Took her over to the car wash for some bonding time and first bath. Started raining as soon as I pulled out of the tunnel

So far it's been a blast to drive. Haven't gone to redline since I'm still breaking it in but it sounds great when you put your foot down a little.

Upgraded a few things on the CT2 so far:

Switched out the incandescent interior and license plate bulbs for white LED's. Pictures I took are crap right now so I'll get some better ones of the interior lighting this weekend. I switched out the stock floor mats for WeatherTech floor liners front and rear

and I picked up some LASFIT 6000k Philips Chip LED headlights and Luyed 1700 lumen fog lights

Color is almost a dead match to the stock LED strip, so I really couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Also, the contrast between the stock bulbs and these LED's is amazing!
