PRL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not sure if i am posting this in the right place but whatever. I just wanna let everyone know how amazing PRL customer service is i had an issue with my order and they called me back within 20 minutes to fix it They also gave me another call to let me know that my purchase would be on back order. It's not often that a company personally gives you a phone call to let you know whats going on and answer all your questions and for that PRL will get my business for life.

That's good to know.
I think these days in many competitive markets it's the customer service that will set companies apart from each other.
I would rather spend a few extra dollars to support companies who genuinely care about their customers.

Ya Dennis is right on top of things I ordered something that I was not sure would work for my car and he told me flat out it would not most company's would just take your money and run they got me squared away with everything I needed In just a few short emails.

There is a few vendors on here I will never do business with again. I would never throw them under the bus but I have asked basic questions about what I am buying and either got no response or a half a$$ answer so it's good to have a company like PRL who cares about the customer.

yea there are some companies ill never do business with because Ive asked them for help and they pretty much sent me a automated answer and i asked again and got the same darn answer so good to hear that this company has good customer service.
keep up the good work PRL!

lol I just don't like hearing negative towards companies I'm promoting. If something is going wrong, I want to know. There are plenty of other places that would like a chance to sell things & take their place.

Ive called them twice about install issues and they are always great help.
Call their tech line and the person who answers the phone has your answers!!!!! Quick and Easy

I ordered a ZDX TB and some T-bolt clamps they got right back to me and told me straight out the clamps will not work but to call them and they would get me exactly what I needed.
