I choose the 2014 Porsche 911 GT3

Although it lacks the 6-speed manual transmission, the 7-speed dual clutch probably makes it more enjoyable to drive especially on a non ending number of curves on the road. It also has the 4 wheel steering system that Porsche "copied" from the old Honda Prelude Si 4WS. It would be a blast driving this!

Because I don't have much spare time, and want to get through that as quickly as possible.

I would pick an s2k with a bigger engine or an NSX. Why: RWD good power to weight ratio and crisp handling.

I would disqualify F1s for being too low and GTR for being too heavy and understeering Still fun to drive but not ideal I would maybe use a light muscle car like Corvette but weight is not on its side unless we talk about a super racing version.
