I have a Injen CAI on my 07 and last time I was on a dyno, ended up stopping the pull half way thru cause the A/F was reading lean. We dumped the 87 octane, put 89 octane and tried it again and my A/F was spot on... Still don't understand how it helped but it did so I run 89, not to mention I get better gas mileage with the 89 octane

Do i need compressor thing ?
If you know what you're doing you can get away without. I used one the first time I did springs on the 9th gen. There's just enough force to pop the top hat off once the top nut is completely loosened. Safety first though
