So I did this a while back but just never got around to posting it up. As you can see from the early pictures I painted my calipers orange...the orange didn't really match my car (at all) so when I got the paint mixed to paint my engine cover I decided to paint my calipers as well to perfectly match.
Its pretty simple:
Step 1: Remove your wheel
Step 2: Clean your caliper with brake cleaner and give it a sand down just to remove any loose paint or anything
Step 3: Mask off any areas not wanting to be painted and apply paint (Note: Brake calipers get HOT so make sure you use a high heat paint)
Step 4: Apply clear coat (NOT NEEDED but I had some high heat clear left from when I did my engine cover)
Step 5: Reinstall wheel and torque lug nuts to proper torque
