OEM Fog Light Performance?

Hey everyone, I am getting a 2013 and trying to decide if I should add fog lights. I currently have an '06 Civic Hybrid without fogs and just the stock headlights. When the road is wet I pretty much lose all visibility of the lane markers. I'm wondering if adding fog lights will help with this. Thanks.

In my opinion, they make quite a difference. My suggestion would be to swap out the bulbs for yellow ones as they refract/disperse less off of wet roads and snow and provide greater visibility.
