New bumper for fog lights on LX?

I was thinking about getting fog lights but the front bumper on the LX has no room for them. I'm wondering if the front bumper off an EX would fit, like if I found a junkyard car with the front bumper and lights , etc. It sounds like it would be really expensive to get done new...but if it fits maybe I can find a cheaper way to do it.

it's easier (and cheaper) to cut your LX bumper and install the fogs on that than try to find an EX bumper. it's already marked on the inside with where to cut, and the foglight kit for the LXs will have the trim pieces you need. It'll look exactly like the EX/Si bumper once you get the trim pieces installed and the fogs in place.

Looks like they split the kit up at college hills honda. Is this what I need?

yea if you order from CHH, you have to buy the foglight kit w/out auto lights and the trim pieces. if you go to your dealership's parts department and tell them you want the parts to install fogs on an LX, they would come up with everything you need.

I see you have the sedan:

the covers are needed -
Part# 08V38-TR0-XXX
Application: 2012 Civic 4dr DX, LX, HF, Hybrid, and CNG

then the foglights themselves -
Part# 08V31-TR0-XXX
Application: 2012 Civic 4dr

with those 2 parts, you'll be able to install the fogs
