Mysterious gasket/o-ring Found

The other day when installing my P2R clutch line I dropped a bolt down into the lower bumper/splash guard area of the engine bay and found this gasket/o-ring just laying there (found the bolt too).

I thought it went on the intake piping area where two pieces connected and had no other type of gasket, so I put it there (see picture) but today I found it sucked into my intake box (but it was stopped by the filter of course, engine is safe). This leads me to believe it is the wrong location. Any idea where this belongs?

Yep. Did not take any of those parts apart anyway. Could not find the diagram for the intake tubing, only for the air filter box and the tube to the throttle body.

It definitely looks like the rubber gaskets that are on the OEM intake tract.

What about the oil filter o-ring?
Good guess, but I think this O-ring was a little bigger. That being said, I did change the oil the same day I found this. But i'm not leaking oil and I specifically remember it being on both the new and old filters when I last saw them.

So yesterday, after the weekend with it on that intake tube spot, I opened the air box and did not find it sucked up in there. I think it is staying in place now and that must be where it goes. I must have put it on sloppily the last time and it got easily pulled off by the engine's suction.
