Hey fellow 9thgeners, I have finally decided to make a build thread for my EX Coupe, little info on myself...I am currently 20ys old and live in Bear, Delaware...Since I am not starting from when I bought the car i will just give some info to date. I purchased my DBP EX on 06/06/14 brand new from Martin Honda, i loved the Dyno Blue Pearl and personally didn't want an Si/EX-L but loved the extra features the EX had over the LX.. (will start uploading pictures in the order of events that they have occurred since June 2014) Enjoy!

Few months later, gained several 1ks of miles on the Coupe and purchased what has been to day my most expensive purchase towards a car...my BC Racing BR Type Coils, I love the ride and the installation was very straight forward only issue i ran into was with the rear, i installed the rear suspension not knowing that I needed to transfer one of the metal pieces from the top of my OEM suspension, other than that was easy!

My brother got some Mazda wheels, and decided to give it a little test fit. I am not the biggest fan of 18s on a Coupe. but decent outcome, car is still on the 16inch OEM wheels, really wish they were 17s

Cecil County track is opening up soon so thought i'd post a picture from last yr...It's me and my cousin's 1995 Honda Civic Si Hatch, currently has an all motor gsr but he is building an all motor b20 vtec, expected to get around 235+hp...should be fun!

Had been wanting some fog lights for awhile now and bit the bullet..Bought my fogs from College Hills Honda, arrived pretty fast...decided to knock out the little mod on 02/07/15 in about 30degree weather..started around 5pm and ended around 8pm (took my time and went inside a few times), pretty simple plug and play setup...only thing i wish is that there was way to have my fogs on with my corner lights, and not my headlights or DRL

Looks good man. Is that EG in the picture local, cause I'm pretty sure I've seen, and heard, one in the area that looks very similar to that.

Thanks bro! and yes it's my cousin Alex's, he lives in Middletown but works at Koons Lexus in Wilmington

Most recent purchases were some wheels and tires running 17x9 +20 with a 2.25inch lip (front) on a 205/40/17 and then 17x10 +20 (rear) on a 215/40/17, the rear wheel does have a massive 4.25 inch lip

Any Plans to roll the fenders? I imagine your going to run into rubbing issues with that setup.

Yes my friend Steph, he has a 2014 Red Si sedan is going to roll them, with the right amount of camber i should be perfectly fine

There's certainly plenty of alignment shops in the area. I have to take my other car sometime soon...If I ever get the transmission back on the thing. Race season is coming up and I'm nowhere near ready.

Yes there are, most aren't slammed friendly but my friend at El's tire shop in Elkton, MD just put some 215/45r17s on a 17x10.5 so he will be stretching my tires on and aligning my car....You took the tranny off? new synchros?

Nope. New civic is mint. The 97 isn't slammed but it will be about 2.5" lower than stock. Looking to get a good height for everyday and track use.

Yea i have a 2000 Acura integra gs that I will start using as my daily once i stance the Civic, I work in NJ and roads are horrible to drive a slammed car
