Misfiring

Does anyone know if it matters which wire (positive or negative) goes on what side on the injector? I put negative on the right side and positive on the left side of each injector and when I turn on the car it misfires. Before all that I installed rdx injectors on the rbc manifold and the rdx injector clips came with long pigtails so I cut them so that the wires won't stick out weird. I also soddered them to the stock wires. If anyone can take a picture of their injector wires that would be great.

I believe the injector connectors will only clip on in one direction. A wiring diagram may help you figure out if you have a wire crossed somewhere. Is the misfire only in one cylinder or is it across the board? If you get an obd scan tool you should be able to find out.

Wiring diagram would be the best way to make sure they are wired correctly. But a shot in the dark is reversing your wires on the cyl 1 and 4 and see if it goes away. Also this is a personal opinion but I'd rather crimp and heat sink wires. It's a little easier to me and has a less chance to vibrate apart compared to solder.

I switch the positive and negative wires on injectors 1 and 4 and noticed a difference but still misfiring so I diagnosed and it said injectors 1 and 2 malfunction. I ended up buying new rdx clips and pigtails to put it back how it was hopefully it gets here Friday.

Where are you grounding the injectors? A bad ground point can cause injectors to malfunction
I have it grounded to the manifold. I'll take pictures once I get home from work. I had it grounded there for a year with no problems but I want to see what you guys think.
