I'm installing my coils today and they came with no instructions so I've been following a video on how to install coils on an 8th gen but there are two parts that I don't know what they're used for and what they even are

They're the sway bar end links for the front sway bar.

Those are the front endlinks to replace the stock ones. They attach to the front swaybar. You have a smaller set in the rear that attaches the swaybar to the lower control arm.
