Man runs marathon inside London Eye

Noel Bresland has run 26.2 miles in the London Eye as part of his attempt to run 223 marathons in 10 years – one for every day his nephew Ethan was alive.

Noel Bresland, 34, from Manchester, completed the marathon on a treadmill inside a capsule of the London Eye in a time of three hours and 51 minutes.

He set himself the challenge after his nephew Ethan, who was born 15 weeks premature, died after just 223 days.

So far Mr Bresland has raised nearly £25,000 for two charities, Children with Leukaemia and Bliss and is planning to run the London Marathon later this month.

I've been up in the London Eye before. I can't imagine how it'd feel to be running in it

Yeah...I don't know how because they have a huge bench in there...it'd take some swift movement to get that thing in there as it continues to move.
