Pretty sure I would have gone ape $hit over that one... I'm a little over-protective, lol.

Lugs look good though!

Oh I was pissed!! $1800 worth of damage (luckily insurance is covering it so I only have to pay my comprehensive deductible) I'm super protective over my car too haha

Thanks :)

When I take my friends children out to do activities and stuff I go over and borrow my mom's car for the day, lol. I work with kids all day and know how dirty they are... no way I'm putting them in the car!

Glad it's getting fixed though.

Yea I'd do the same thing....I bought a 2004 Mazda 3 GT off a guy a few years back and the seats were filthy because he had 2 small kids

Not sure what you paid, but anything under $100 likely won't have any taxes/duties. This is based on a whole lot of online clothing shopping I do from the US, lol. I learned to split up my purchases to come just under the duty amount. If they ship via USPS then you will just pay regular duty (the $14 tax/$100 spent that Webby mentioned), but if they ship with Fedex, UPS, etc then you will likely get dinged with brokerage fees too, which are often a minimum of $25 on top of the taxes/duties charged. I try and go with USPS whenever possible just because of that, it pisses me off to pay an extra $25+ for no real reason other than they used a courier instead of regular post.
Interesting (retired FedEx), I wasn't aware of that.

Well based on my experiences anyways. I literally have made hundreds of online purchases that have come from the US to Canada (according to my eBay and Paypal accounts, 503 purchases in the past 7 years) and I've had to pay brokerage every time it comes via a courier service but never once have had to pay brokerage when a shipment has come via USPS.

I'm not questioning what you said, it's really not part of what I kept track of on the job, just didn't know about the added charges.

These might be stupid questions but i wanted to make sure of everything before i go spending money on things that wont fit/work.

First, these lug nuts will fit our wheels, right?

Second, these are the conversion washers i need, correct?

Finally, will these fit our valve stems?

They will all fit! That's what my setup pretty much is, except that I'm using Work valve stems.

thanks guys

They look to be the same from what I can see...the purpose is to change the angle on the aftermarket lugs so they will sit properly on our stock wheels which have a different seat style....Maybe Dar-Dar can chime in here though to make sure
