The day before I'll have a headache and then suddenly want to fall asleep at about 4pm but the rest of the time I'm fine. When I was on birth control pills it was a different story. Then I was batsh6t insane 24/7 with an added dose of crying during shark week. Since I'm generally a pretty cheerful person it was kind of disturbing for friends and family.

LOL I love it. This forum is the best. We're actually talking about periods and cramps.

Luckily, the guys don't know that this is a shell forum so that the other forum where we talk about lingerie and post pillow fight videos will stay hidden. :giggle:

I get them every day. Gotta love digestive diseases. Peppermint is a lifesaver btw. It's a natural antispasmodic and will calm cramps down.

I have random cramps. Ever since my dnc, I get random cramps and sharp stabbing pains. :/
