A Japanese Dr could be facing fines or jail time for a video he posted on Youtube. He can be seen driving his Ferrari 458 Italia at speeds around 77mph in a 25mph zone. This is just another case where police are using evidence from a YouTube video to warrant an arrest.

The 50-year old man placed a camera behind the driver's seat and recorded himself speeding along highways and coastal roads. The clip was filmed on the morning of April 24, 2011. According to Japanese daily The Mainichi Daily News, in May, some angry YouTube users reported the video to the police who calculated that he was traveling at more than three times the 40km/h (25mph) speed limit at 124km/h (77mph).

The Japanese doctor, who has not been named yet, was arrested on Friday on the suspicion of speeding and is reported to have told police, "I wanted to make a Ferrari promotional video". The AFP said that if the man is convicted, he could face up to six months jail time or a fine of up to $1,220.
