Installing Pioneer Appradio 2 into Si with Premium Sound

Okay so long story short i'm installing this headunit and I bought the wrong harness, I reordered the premium sound one and it should be here in a few days. I have a few questions about some wires I couldn't figure out where to connect.

1. Light Green wire coming from pioneer harness meant for the e-brake. I opened up the center shifter console and didn't see anywhere to attach into the ebrake. Does this go to one of the factory harness somewhere?

2. Blue/White wires coming from pioneer harness meant for auto-antenna relay control, if the vehicle has a glass antenna, connect to the antenna booster power control terminal?

3. Bought Metra 40-HD10 honda antenna adapter. Plugs into factory harness but also has a blue wire coming off of it I have no idea where to attach?

4. Have ASWC (not ASWC-1) that I want to use to keep my steering wheel controls. From other posts it seems like all I have to do is attach pink & blue wires to 20pin factory harness to get it to work. Do I still have to connect the red or black wires for power & ground?

5. I have a second ASWC and from some other research it seems you can keep bluetooth control by using 2 SWI's, can I do the same since I have a second ASWC sitting around?

Thanks for anyone who helps me with any answers!

just pointing you towards the wiring diagrams at the beginning of this thread in case it may help you

as well as post #6 here -
http://9thcivic.com/forum/threads/2012-civic-audio-wiring-guide-pinouts-for-factory-radio.5916/

hopefully some of the other audio guys can help you out with the wiring

I saw those and they seem helpful but they are still a little confusing esecially if you don't know the lingo that well. I just want to make sure i'm wiring everything where it needs to be so I don't have to open the dash up again and risk breaking those stupid clips.
