How can i reprogram the remote

Hello somebody knows how to reprogram the remote control of the key to unlock only the door of driver side when press only once on the unlock button?

Further input for anyone else who wants to know. Since the 8thgen, honda keys need a scantool to reprogram keys. This means the vehicle owner no longer has the ability to program their own remotes.
