Does anyone know if honda released more information about the F1 engine going into the McLaren chassis?

I'm curious to see how high they're boosting and how high they're revving it to and of course the power being put down.

1.6-liter V6 engine, rev limited to 15,000 rpm. Maximum fuel flow is limited to 100kg/hour, a rule that caught Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo out in last year's season-opening Melbourne GP, while cars are only allowed 100 kg of fuel per-race, making economy a key (often race-deciding) factor.

Not much info available yet.

the fuel thing is normal thats why they're always low displacement motors also cause they rev so high, although i thought they'd be hitting 20,000 or 18,500 rpm at least this season WEAK SAUCE

Im interested how much boost that turbo makes, and how/ if they intercool it seeing as it looks as if it just dumps into the intake manifold.

images are just a rendering no way a turbo has two exits and can still build boost efficiently im assuming some kind of inter-cooler will be placed on the scoop and then ran to the two intakes from there.

Perhaps i'm looking at this rendering wrong then. I had assumed the side of the turbo we could see was the hot side and it was being fed through 2 inputs, and that the side in the large carbon fiber box between the V was the intake side (intake running through the scoop to the turbo, and then being dumped into the plenum).

I mean two entrances to the hotside, just doesnt make logical sense to me how they can keep a consistent exhaust gas flow when it can vary from head to head. Would just make more sense to merge them and have a single entrance into the turbo i would assume would account for a quicker spool instead of it being fed from two different entrances.

pretty sure that is just a rendering as well cold side not connected to anything and you can see the intake going straight to ports which is not the way it would work atleast not if you're boosting
