I just bought a Honda civic EX 2014. I'm coming from an Acura TL Type S, the handling in that car was the best handling car i've have ever driven. I miss that car's handling. The Civic's handling is too light and not that accurate. What suspension upgrades should i do?

Keep in mind that the front was upgraded as part of the suspension changes Honda made. In order to keep the balance that the '12s saw with the 22mm, a 24mm would be recommended.

225/45-17 hankook v12 version 2 summer tires

correction: 205/55-16 hankook v12 version 2 summer tires if your stock wheel is 16

Fkx tower bar

22mm progress rear sway bar

These 3 mods should fix your need.
