I don't need loud. Just a little boost. What small amp would you recommend?Depends on what kinda sound you want. Basic replacement of stock stereo systems to get good sound:
Alpine 6 1/2 type S all around. Possibly an amp (depending on budget and your preference). You can find new type S speakers on Amazon for $49-$69/ set.
I have type R speakers and a huge 4 channel amp and it's incredibly loud. Like I said earlier- car audio has been a part of my life for a long time. It's a passion. It's not just a job. I do research all the time keeping myself up to date just to see what's new. I love it
