That would correct. What tires you going with

I want to go 235/40/18 Pilot SuperSports, but I'm not sure yet. I can't stand the streched look on tires, but I also would not want rub, so it is going to be a bit difficult. It's odd, the wheel/tire fitment thread has some people on 9 or 9.5 wide tires with no rub and a drop with some decent tires.

I'm not terribly good with tire sizing or rub, but like I said earlier I don't want to spend $800+ on tires and find out they rub everytime I turn or something like that...

I went with The all new Falken Azenis FK 453 in 225/40/18 that won't stretch at all I was going to go with the 235 as well but with me planning on going with sportlines I just can't run the risk of it rubbing. So I'm going with prokit and the 225 and I shouldn't have any issues. I hate the stretch look as well look into the falken Azenis they are awesome tires and price well as well

Your car is coming along great! I want some boost :(

Thanks! Grab some boost then! Grab a supercharger if the funds aren't there for a turbo. I saved up for this by not spending practically anything for a few months now. (Also sold an old car and that really helped as well...)

I gave in...I purchased the Full-Race exhaust earlier today after the turbo. My bank account is not on speaking terms with me at the moment. Doesn't look like shes going to come around any time soon either. :tap:

Thanks! No, I just save over half my paycheck every month and only spend money on two things: cars and computers. Both expensive hobbies, but it works out. Even with all that saving I am going to be quite low on funds after the install.

As for the install, I am having a shop about 15 minutes away from my house do it. They are currently working on a shop car that is an S2000 and it is gorgeous. They actually have the engine out on display while some other things are being worked on. Also one of the guys that works there literally wrote a book on tuning and the processes involved, etc etc. I am expecting the install to happen the week of July 8th. Unfortunately July 4th week is the week I wanted it done but with the holiday and all, we didn't want (just in case there was problems) for them to be closed for holiday right after work was completed.

They also are going to try and fabricate a fiberglass or carbonfibre gauge pod holder for me. Going in this Thursday to talk to them about it.

Oh, well I had a 2010 EX before this the gas mileage makes up for the slowness -- 40+MPG was so nice... Took some decent saving and a nice dealer who gave me a great trade in value for it to snag this Si!

It shall be known as the summer of boost! I can't wait for the results from all the kits, be it supercharger or turbo. I wish we could all meetup somehow and do some runs on the 1/4 and a track! That would be loads of fun. Great way to meet up and get some videos up for the members of the different setups. When will teleportation be invented?! If only...

I didn't ask to split it, I just paid in full. I figured I don't want to fool myself and say I have that money when it's really going away in a couple days (powder coating takes a couple days). I can't speak for them but I'm assuming they would let you do something like that based on the mind-blowingly awesome customer service they have.

It was unbelievable to be honest. Especially in the car world for me...I've never had customer service like they had. It could just be that I have been dealing with some really terrible people, but these guys just really want to see some happy people with boosted cars. It's fantastic and we actually talked about a few other cars and our past boosted vehicles while we were going through the order process on the phone. It was like they legitimately care about their customers rather than "oh that will be $10,000 -- card number please? Ok it went through, bye."

I'm sure they will talk through any questions you have to the fullest. I even got to the point where I was set on an EFR turbo instead of the GTX series and they went and researched, contacted a company, and found a housing that should work with the EFRs just because I wanted one to work with their kit. Without a second guess or complaint, they were genuinely interested in it and were trying to do whatever they could to make it work.

I got the Turbo Kit with GTX3071R, FX350 Clutch, and RBC with the PRL adapter. (And the above ordered Full-Race Exhuast)

Subscribed now lol
Can't wait to see it installed
