I saw at least one person do it with window tint across the top just like that. I just can't remember who had them. If my memory serves me, they had a gray or black car. So it basically looked like their paint color essentially extending down into the headlight area.

I used vinyl wrap, not window tint!!

I didnt personally do it, I have a buddy that wraps cars for a living. From what I saw he just used, -Vinyl wrap, heat gun, a razor knife, and knifless vinyl cutting line tape. http://knifelesstechsystems.com/Products.aspx
