Once you've removed the front bumper once, it's not bad at all. If you want to do it, get a local meet together. A few forum members could get it done in no time. You could do the work at another members place or a public meeting spot.

Are you able to do it with out pulling the bumper?

it really helps because you need to mount 2 ballasts.
