Did autocross for the first time

I did my first autocross at Zmax @ concord, NC a week ago. It was so fun and I can't wait for the next one. My car was in GS. First run got 90 seconds lol but by the last run, the fourth run, i hit 78.8. I know that's not the best considering the pros were hitting a little above a minute but I was proud of my time. I think it was average times of the guys in stock class anyways.

Anyways, thought I'd share my first time story. I know I was the only 9th gen there and was hoping to see another one. If you guys know any more events coming up and/or you're going to in the North Carolina area let me know! I know there's one at Metrolina in May!

haha, I was nervous as hell my first run and I almost went off track on the first run because its just a sea of cones! Just make sure you have a instructor riding with you, its a big help.

Any surprises, or things that you discovered after doing it?

It helped me learn to push my car and learn the limits. I learned what under steering was lol and what to do when that happens.

Some big things: drive with two hands, and always look ahead of the track!
