Well on second glance it's not too terrible, I'm planning on doing a maguires clean polish wax soon by hand hoping that the glossy shine will obscure the visibility of the touch up paint
I wouldn't attempt much sanding on that. its noticeable since you know where to look but most people won't see it. You could very very gently use some 1000 grit paper and a block to gently try and wetsand the edges down a little bit.
Wetsanding has a bit of a learning curve but look at a ton of youtube videos and read up on it as much as you can. Soak your paper before you start. Then polish and wax. It'll help.
In my experience the best way to get chips covered isn't to try and use the paintbrush but to use a toothpick and try to "flow" paint into the void.
