To be fair, they might specify softer rates for areas they know are littered with frost heaves.

That still doesn't give me the spring rates.

Std GC rates are 440 front and 350 rear on the 12+ Civic kits. Std rates on the 06-11 Civic Si kit is 425/250 (front is different because they have to use a shorter 5" front spring, and that's the only one they have available...and it works). Front spring on the 12+ Civic kit is a 6" spring and better. I am very opinionated when it comes to what works and what is best on these cars.... if you want any feedback about what you may need, shoot me a PM and I'll try to help give you good feedback. I get calls, pms and emails all the time about this.

Thank you. That is more of the information I am looking for. There are 3 different spring rates that you can get but I am starting to lean towards a koni/eibach setup.
