Best way to lower '15 civic si?

I have a 2015 civic si four door. I want to lower it enough to just cover the wheel gap, nothing crazy, not slammed to the ground, but I want the smoothest closest possible ride to factory suspension, not really trying to spend more than 800-900, suggestions?

I would honestly go with Buddy Club N+ coilovers, but they are a little above your budget.

A lot of people like BC coilovers with Swift springs.
