Hi fellow 9ths. Im planning to get an exhaust. I saw that my only options are the afe, borla and the 8th gen si exhaust. Im leaning towards the afe takeda exhaust. Does anyone have them on? How is it?

exhaust options are pretty dismal for the R18, but I cant stand looking at that rusty stock muffler

I just got the AFE Takeda axleback exhaust I'm pleased with it. It's not super loud and it does have a nice low tone. It's definitely noticeable when accelerating. I don't have an aftermarket downpipe or intake. I'm planning on getting the AFE intake to go with my exhaust.

If you want what the afe has to offer for much cheaper buy a flowmaster 50 series delta flow. It's what I have. Its not that loud but makes a awesome deep mellow tone. And you can get it for less than $100 new and shipped. Also has a lifetime warranty.
