Adjusting Coilovers

This might sound kind of dumb, but I've never had any experience with coilovers where the spring isn't on the strut in the rear. So, how exactly do you adjust the height in the rear? I'm on Buddy Club N+ btw.

These pics should help... I know I've posted them before somewhere....Tell me if yours look like this or are a different model. I believe these are the N+ for the civic. Miracle Garage is gone and so is their forum apparently. I saved these a long time ago when I almost bought N+ coils. Thought it might be useful...

Here is the rear....

Spring Perch:
0mm - 3'' drop
10mm - 2'' drop
20mm - 1'' drop
Strut:
200mm - 3'' drop
210mm - 2'' drop
220mm - 1'' drop

Am I reading this correctly... you can lower the car 6" total or is it only 1"-3" for the front and the rear?

1-3" I believe. The strut and the spring perch need to be adjusted together to the same length from what I understand.
